He talked about how you have to pump and pump and pump and nothing comes out, but you can't give up. He then also pointed out that once you start having water come out of the pump, now that you've experienced the pump's been primed and water starts to flow, most salespeople start pumping. When they start selling some stuff, they stop prospecting and then the water stops. The whole idea of his message, his motivational, inspirational message was you got to keep pumping.
