Values, ethics, professionalism, and trust have become such critical foundations of competitive buying today. Buyers have become so distrustful of salespeople.
We need to make sure we're communicating the highest values, ethics and professionalism to our customers. If you haven’t talked with your reps lately about this, they might not have everything aligned with how you are expecting them to handle opportunities or solve customer problems.
What can you do to review with all members of your team how you expect them to conduct themselves ethically and professionally in how they deal with customers and solve their problems.

Hi, I'm Jim Pancero helping you and your team be more effective in selling today and the reality is most companies assume their employees all understand the values and the ethics that the company is exposing even though they might not have talked about it for years we need to be working on this though because values and ethics and professionalism and Trust are becoming such critical Concepts today in selling because customers are so distrustful of salespeople today so because of that we need to make sure that we're communicating the highest values the highest ethics and the highest professionalism to our customers and how we handle their problems how we proactively look for ways to solve issues for them and just how we help them the problem though is if your sales reps haven't talked about this for a while they might not have everything aligned in the way they're supposed to handle things or their approach to how they're going to solve customers problems what can you do to make sure this is just a good time to review these are the values we have this is what's important to us the respect and how we treat customers and how we Define good customer service because when we do that we can improve the trust our customers have in us we'll tend to sell even more
